Hey – it’s me!

Basically, it’s taken me a very long time to work out what I want to be ‘when I grow up’. And this is it – wholeheartedly, 100% – I’m all in.
For me it’s about taking each image and being true and honest to the moment. It’s about the real you – doing it your way – unapologetically.

I currently live in Melbourne, having spent 20 years in the UK. I married my best friend nearly 18 years ago and we have 4 children – one that is quite hairy and has 4 legs!!

I have my camera in their faces – A LOT! And my favourite images are the ones where they are just being themselves, generally with messy hair and wearing socks that don’t match (socks are the bane of my life!). That’s how I want to remember them in 20 years time.

I love photographing people. I am a people photographer. And what better day to photograph people than on their wedding day. I love the nerves, I love the tears, I love the speeches, I love the laughter, I love the families. I love that I feel like a part of your family – even if it is only for one day. And because of this, I photograph your family the same as I would my own.

I like to keep my images simple and yet honest to the moment. I’m always looking for the light – and for me it’s ‘less is more’.

This all makes me sound very serious – way more serious than I am!
And if you feel like we could connect, then get in touch – it all starts with a conversation.
